Michelle Clark

Senior Librarian
San Jose Public Library
San Jose, CA

Michelle Clark (she/they) is a senior librarian with the San Jose Public Library System. Michelle has been a core member of SJPL's Trauma Informed Resilience Oriented Care team since its inception in 2021, as well as co-lead of SJPL's LGBTQ+ Working Group. Prior to SJPL, Michelle was a Teen Librarian for the Redwood City Public Library and managed their Teen Center: including developing teen programming, volunteer engagement, and materials selecting. Michelle is passionate about ensuring equitable access to information and creating safe and affirming physical spaces to all.
