Heriberto Madrigal

Interim Division Manager of Customer Experience

Heriberto Madrigal, MLIS is Interim Division Manager of Customer Experience at the Redwood City Public Library. He brings 25-years of experience of working with diverse and underserved communities, 16 of those years at his own local library. His extensive work in early literacy lead him to earn his MLIS, opening the door for him to become Redwood City Public Library's Youth Services Programming Librarian the same year. He left Redwood City Public Library to coordinate San Mateo County Libraries' early literacy initiative. He returned to Redwood City Public Library last summer as the Library Services Supervisor.
