Shannon Ng

Shannon Houlihan Ng, MLIS, is a Deputy Director of Programming and Services at the Riverside County Library System in Riverside, California. With experience in leading library teams and community engagement, she focuses on managing library operations and fostering staff development. Shannon is also a certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer in both Adult and Youth and is known for her strong people skills and dedication to community and customer service. She is currently working with local schools and community organizations in support of kindergarten readiness.
