Carol Frost

Carol Frost is the Executive Director of the Peninsula Library System, a consortium of 35 libraries located in San Mateo, and the CEO of the Pacific Library Partnership, a cooperative library system of the 42 library jurisdictions in the San Francisco Bay Area. Carol is a member of the California Library Association’s Advocacy and Legislation Committee. She has a passion for technology and how it can improve people’s lives.
