In this session, you will learn about culturally inclusive methods to engage your community when assessing needs and designing services to address mental health challenges. We will explore various community engagement strategies, such as asset mapping and co-creation, through a mix of instruction and hands-on activities and discussions. You will leave with a set of culturally inclusive strategies and tools to collaborate with community members and partner organizations when addressing mental health needs. This session is part of a statewide initiative, Community-Centered Libraries: Harnessing the Power of Data to Equitably Serve Your Community.
