Natalie Cole

Library Development Services Bureau Chief
California State Library

Natalie Cole is Bureau Chief of Library Development Services at the California State Library, where she oversees the administration of state and federal grant programs for California libraries. Before joining the State Library, she was the Interim and Associate Executive Director of the California Library Association. Natalie holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Librarianship from the University of Sheffield, U.K. She is co-author (with Virginia A. Walter) of Transforming Summer Programs @ Your Library: Outreach and Outcomes in Action (ALA, 2018).
