Erin Castillo-Swaika

General Librarian
Long Beach Public Library

Erin Castillo-Swaika, MLIS (SJSU '23), works as a General Librarian for the Long Beach Public Library. She currently serves as the Public Information Co-Chair for the eighth edition of the REFORMA National Conference (RNC VIII) being held in Long Beach, California on September 18-21, 2025, and is the Community Connections Ad-hoc Committee Chair for REFORMA Los Angeles. Erin has previously served as CLA’s Marketing and Public Relations Interest Group Co-Chair (2023), the Public Information Officer for REFORMA Los Angeles (2022-2024), and as the Marketing and Promotion Chair for the CLA 2022 Annual Conference.
