Hilary Swett is the Archivist at the Writers Guild Foundation Library and Archive. She manages the preservation and promotion of the history of screenwriters, the profession of screenwriting, and the Writers Guild of America labor union. She earned a BA in Film Production and worked in a variety of roles in the entertainment industry before earning a Master’s in Library and Information Science at San Jose State University. She is active in the Society of American Archivists' Solo Archivists Section and has been a part of the Archives at Risk Committee since it was formed.
