Christopher Noll

Chris Noll is a licensed architect, co-founder of Noll & Tam Architects, and was the principal in charge of the design and construction of the Hayward Library. Chris specializes in the planning and design of libraries and has led all of Noll & Tam’s library projects. Chris engages in research about future trends in library facilities and library service delivery.
