Karen Pickard-Four is the lead of the Library Experience Office at the Los Angeles Public Library. Library Experience Office's mission is to provide a bridge between library staff and patrons by working with security and social services to support a safe and welcoming environment at the library. Prior to accepting this assignment as Principall II, Pickard-Four served as Principal I/Area Manager for the East Valley Region of Los Angeles Public Library. She has worked at LAPL since 2006.
