Edna Osepans

Supervising Social Worker

Edna Osepans is the Supervising Social Worker for the Los Angeles Public Library. She is a licensed clinical social worker with an extensive background in social work and community health. She joined the Los Angeles Public Library in February 2023. Her role includes developing a social work program and introducing a person-centered approach to the library in order to assist the library’s transformation into a trauma-informed system.
