Adam Kostrzak currently serves as Acting Assistant City Manager for the City of Hayward. For the last 9 years, he served as the Information Technology (IT) Director for the City of Hayward as a trusted leader in tackling IT modernization and digital transformation projects. His extensive expertise in IT extends to the private sector having worked for companies such as Yahoo!, Lytro, and Zynga. He is highly knowledgeable in the areas of cyber security, networking, software development, and data management. His ability to think strategically, plan effectively, challenge the norm, and act as partner in technology enablement is frequently appreciated.
