Jayanti Addleman

Jayanti Addleman has been the Library Director at Hayward for 5 years and prior to that was the County Librarian at Monterey County for 12 years. After close to four decades in the profession, and having worked through major earthquakes, fires and floods, she liked to think that she had seen it all. The pandemic and the cybersecurity attack disabused her of this idea very quickly, and now she is a strong advocate for being prepared to work through every type of disaster you can imagine.
