Carmen Letona-Adams is a Community Library Manager at San Mateo County Libraries. She was a children's librarian before the pandemic, and is now oversees Portola Valley and Woodside Libraries. Carmen also managed the North Fair Oaks Library between March 2021 and June 2024.
