Genesis Hansen

Genesis Hansen is the Director of Library and Cultural Services for the City of Mission Viejo, where she gets to spend each day working with amazing staff and community partners to serve the Mission Viejo community. She was a Eureka! Leadership Institute Fellow and Mentor, and has been involved with CLA since 2010, serving on the Conference Committee four times and as conference Co-Chair in 2023; the Leadership Development Committee from 2012-2015; the grant team for the Developing Leaders for California Libraries grant; and multiple terms on the CLA Board of Directors; and is currently the CLA Vice President/President Elect.
