Rachel Tucker is a Library Programs Consultant at the California State Library working on Building Equity-Based Summers and the Lunch at the Library program. Before joing the State Library she was a Librarian at the Nevada County Library. Throughout nearly 10 years in libraries she has maintained a passion for serving the public and especially children and families.
