Your crafts can build off of ANY adult interest, whether it is the cuddly feline on your lap or the bloody true crime documentary on your TV. Expand your craft game for you and your patrons by making projects about things YOU love - whiskers, whodunits, or anything in between! At this event, you’ll hear a quick snapshot of the best practices for incorporating adult interests into crafty and maker programs and why these programs are fundamental for adults and their well-being. Then, you’ll get your craftiness on and make your own wooden welcome sign. Pick your design, either cats or crime (or design your own). Even if it isn’t purr-fect, it’s gonna slay. Recommended for folks with a twisted sense of humor, as some shenanigans may occur. Materials are provided while supplies last.
