It Can't Happen Here: Two Different Experiences with Locally Implemented Restrictions to Access

Hear from Librarians who experienced locally implemented restrictions to access of library materials at two public library systems in California. The librarians will share their different experiences with what their situations looked like in the lead up to their local governing agencies passing restrictive resolutions regarding youth materials. These two systems had vastly different experiences that ended up in the same place. It's important for other systems to understand that this could happen at any system and that it won't always look a specific way.
