VALERIE TOHOM

Library Worker
San Jose State University

Valerie Tohom is a recent San Jose State University graduate student with her Masters in Library and Information Science. In her Information Communities course, she chose to research the information behaviors of New Parents. The knowledge and information she has gained from this research project has inspired her to implement the information in her career as a Youth Services public librarian. She currently is employed as a Messenger Clerk at the Los Angeles Public Library and On-Call librarian at the Palos Verde Library District.
