Passage meditation provides a natural tool for librarians to use in training their minds, which in turn fosters increased serenity and effectiveness at work and in life. Passage meditation differs in a fundamental way from other meditation methods such as focusing on the breath, a flame, or a mantra. The technique is suitable for those of any religion or no religion, and from any walk of life. This poster will introduce attendees to what passage meditation is, why one should consider adopting it, how to learn it, and how it is uniquely suited to calming a racing mind.
